What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you, whether these are goods, services or digital content (“Terms of Supply”). Please note that these Terms of Supply may be supplemented by other terms and conditions in accordance with clause 1.3

How we may contact you.
If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided with your order.
"Writing" includes emails. When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these Terms of Supply, this includes emails.
3. Contract with you
How order are accepted . Upon placing your order via the online checkout process , you will be sent an order acknowledgement email. Such email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order will take place when your order is dispatch to you, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and design by Peak.
If your order cannot be accept. If Design by Peak is unable to accept your order, you will be inform and you will not be charged for the product. If your order has been accept and payment has already been taken from you, a return of your payment will be made to you as soon as possible. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on resources which was not reasonably plan for, or identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
Your order will be assigned an order number when you order has been accept.
It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact Design by Peak about your order.
Discounts/Free Gifts and promotional codes. Unless otherwise stated only one promotional code may be used per person per transaction and any orders which include multiple discounts/Free Gifts or promotional codes discounts may be cancelled without notice. Unless otherwise stated We reserve the right to cancel any promotional code/Free gift for any reasons without notice.
4. Our products
Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Although every effort has been made to display the colours accurately. A guarantee cannot be giving that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

5. Your rights to make changes to your order
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us. You will be notified if the change is possible. If it is possible any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If the changes or the consequences of making the changes are unacceptable to you,
you may ask to cancel the order.
If the order has not yet been made and/or dispatched a cancellation of the order will be accepted.
6. Our rights to make changes to the products
Design by peak may change the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements. These changes will not affect your use of the product.
7. Providing the products
The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on the website.
During the order process you will be shown a estemant when the products will be provided to you. Delivery of the products will be as soon as reasonably possible and you will be contact with an estimated delivery date which will be within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order.
Design by peak is not responsible for delays outside of its control. If the supply of the products is delayed by an event outside of Design by peaks control then you will be contact as soon as possible to let you know and what steps are being taken to minimize the effect of the delay.
If you are not at home or available at your address to take a delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, the delivery service will leave you a note informing you if the item has been left in your safe space or how to rearrange delivery and or collect the products from a local depot.
8. International sales custom duties and taxes
Design by peak is unable to take and remit any customs duties and taxes on behalf of the receiver/buyer. Therefore, it is essential that the buyer, as the recipient, assume responsibility for payment for any of these charges, as they are not included in the purchase price of items in store.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, your local customs/courier will contact you regarding charges associated with your order. It is essential to settle these charges promptly to avoid potential delays or complications in receiving your shipment. Kindly be prepared to make the necessary payment either before or upon delivery.
Upon a buyer completing and placing an order, they accept responsibility for any charges associated with the shipment.
