How do I track my order?
The parcel courier and tracking information will be sent to you via email when your order has been dispatched.
What are your delivery options?
Delivery options vary depending on the type of item or items being ordered.
The cost and types of postage services will be shown on the checkout page.
All items are shipped using Royal Mail delivery or an equivalent courier.
Items are sent either tracked or signed for.
This also includes international postage.
Delivery times will vary between countries.

International Customs tax and duties?
Design by peak is unable to take and remit any customs duties and taxes on behalf of the receiver/buyer. Therefore, it is essential that the buyer, as the recipient, assume responsibility for payment for any of these charges, as they are not included in the purchase price of items in store.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, your local customs/courier will contact you regarding charges associated with your order. It is essential to settle these charges promptly to avoid potential delays or complications in receiving your shipment. Kindly be prepared to make the necessary payment either before or upon delivery.
Upon a buyer completing and placing an order, they accept responsibility for any charges associated with the shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from item delivery to contact Design by Peak to resolve any issues and to arrange a return.
Any refunds made by Design By Peak will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order and will be subject to Design By Peak's right to withhold amounts for products which are found damaged on return.
You will be refunded the amount you paid for the product(s) returned excluding any delivery charges (if appropriate). In other words, we will refund you the cost of the product(s) but not your delivery charges. (if otherwise agreed due to production error).
The buyer pays for return postage.
Accidental damage is not covered on any of the items sold on this site..
Clothing :
Returns accepted for refunds or exchanges for a different size with clothing items, providing the item(s) is in its original condition, with the Peak swing tag still attached.
Artwork :
Returns accepted, providing item is in original condition.
Custom Made Orders :
Please contact me within 14 days with any issues.
Due to the item(s) being custom made, refunds and exchanges are not accepted,.
Received a Faulty Item:
On the rare chance something is wrong with your item, please contact Design by Peak so I can get this fixed for you ASAP.
